Alzheimer Scotland Partnership Health-Walks

We are now delivering health-walks for people with dementia, their carers, friends, relatives and others in carefully selected locations around Inverness.

We would like to invite you to join the walks being led in partnership with the Alzheimer Scotland Resource Centre in Inverness.

The walks happen twice each month:

2nd Tuesday of each month:

The walk leaves the Inverness Botanical Gardens at 11.30am - participants should gather in the glass house at the back of the gardens at 11.15.

If you would prefer to meet at the Alzheimer Resource Centre first - there will be a minibus to take you to the Botanical Gardens which leaves the Centre at 10.45am.

At the end of the walk the group will stay at the Botanical Gardens cafe for refreshments or return to the Resource Centre by minibus again.

Last Tuesday of the month:

The walk gathers at the foyer in the Coop, Telford Retail Park at 11.15am for an 11.30 start. A 1 hour walk will then take place along the canal.

Following the walk the group will return to the Coop for refreshments in the cafe.

If you prefer to arrive at the walk by minibus - the same arrangements apply for both walks - please be ready to leave the Alzheimer Scotland Resource Centre at 10.45am.
