Our Staff Team

Jeff joined us in 2021 from a background in broadcasting. He started his career as the news reporter with Moray Firth Radio and latterly was the Head of Radio Scotland. He’s also a published author with a keen interest in supporting other writers across the Highlands.

Jeff has been working on the development of our charity, raiainf funds to expand our fleet of community transport vehciles and bolstering our Health Walks project with events such as the new Festival of Walking & Wheeling.

Jeff says “It’s such a brilliant charity, it’s a long way from running a radio station, but I love working with a team who make a real difference to people’s lives.”

Hayley Tarbuck - Administration Officer

Hayley is an integral member of the team - and lends her skills to all aspects of the organisation- there isn’t much that goes on at Partnerships for Wellbeing that she isn’t involved with! she’s got a wicked sense of humour and always has time for a chat. In her spare time Hayley loves spending time in her garden and with her family. Hayley takes charge of our minibus outings for older adults and is developing the Sunday Lunch Club project she launched in Fortrose.

Linda Wilson- Transport Officer

Linda has recently joined the team and has hit the ground running helping Fiona with all aspects of the transport service. She can be found answering our busy phones and supporting our volunteer drivers to deliver the service. Lynda loves going to see live music and getting out and about, taking photographs.

Jayne Preece- Health Walk & Events Manager

Jayne joined the team in November 2022 bringing a wealth of experience to our health walk project. Her first role with P4W was coordinating the Inverness Walking and Wheeling Festival, planned for May 2023, and then in February 2023 she took over the Health Walk Manager’s role.

Jayne and her partner have relocated from Staffordshire in England to the Highlands, moving from their canal boat to a house; it’s been a big change for them all and she enjoys exploring the new area with her two rescue lurchers, Scout and Storm!

Marie works alongside Jayne and joined our Walks & Events team on the eve of our new Inverness Festival of Walking & Wheeling. She combines her work with PFW with her other job as a qualified Pilates instructor.
