Pilates taster led by Marie : Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It's suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
Qigong or (Chi Kung) led by Jayne : ‘Qi’ or ‘Chi’ means ‘energy’ ‘Gong’ or ‘Kung’ means ‘Work’. Qigong exercises integrate easy postures, movement, breathing and meditation and is an effective practice for improving and maintaining health.
